Posisi dan Persyaratan :

Customer Operations Assistant
Qualification:

Minimum Diploma 3 Degree.
Certification on certain area (CCNA, expert of system, etc.) will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-year experience for new recruits
• Good understanding in transmission and IP system, overall telecommunication systems.
• Good product knowledge
• Understand business process within related functions.
• Good listener, able to voice customer’ concerns.

Skills:

• Good written and oral communication skills. Good inter personal skill.
• Good analytical capability
• Public speaking/presentation capability
• Good negotiation skill
• Ability to work under pressure from customers
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Network Technician - Cluster Ukui Teluk Kuantan
Qualification :

• Preferably Diploma (D3)  - Majoring in Telecommunication Engineering

Experience :

• Have knowledge in BSS Operation and Maintenance
• Have knowledge in Transmission Operation Maintenance
• Have Knowledge in Power equipment Genset, Rectifier, Batere and support equipment such as Air Condition

Skills :

• Competence for Telecomunication skill for SDH/PDH Transmission, Hyrid transmission, 2G&3G Network, MIDI, Backbone network, MPLS,
• Have basic knowledge ini IP Network
• Experienced and knowledge in intermediate electrical, power system and support equipment such as Air Conditioner
• Maintenance & repair management
• Good teamwork and team supervising
• Able to work independent and under pressure

Deliverables :

• Delivery reliable2G and 3G Network, MPLS, Metro-E and SDH/PDH transmission network related optimized configuration
• Demonstrate the ability in handling network operation and maintenance to support cluster team in give best service to customer
• KPI Achieved
• Complaint handling analysis and troubleshooting

Network Technician - Lampung (Pringsewu)
Qualification :

• Preferably Diploma (D3)  - Majoring in Telecommunication Engineering
